      PURPOSE OF THE JOB

      Mecalac is hiring a Regional Sales Managers for a strategic U.S. territory : West Coast. We’re seeking someone who’s hands-on, comfortable turning wrenches, and thrives in a mechanical/technical role to drive retail equipment sales, build dealer networks, and accelerate our North American expansion.

      The position is located in Boston periphery and requires a valid working permit in USA.


      What you’ll do:

      • Develop/execute territory sales plans aligned with targets
      • Build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and partners
      • Drive retail volume via promotions, dealer support, and field training
      • Manage warranty registrations and performance reporting
      • Train dealer teams on products, financing, and processes
      • Represent Mecalac at trade shows, demos, and events
      • Gather market intelligence and competitor insight
      • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations
      • Ensure post-sale satisfaction and ongoing support

      What we’re looking for:

      • Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (or equivalent) and 5+ years in construction equipment/heavy machinery sales
      • Proven multi-state/regional territory leadership
      • Valid driver's license; up to 70% travel
      • Dealer network experience a plus; mechanical/technical aptitude a must
      • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
      • Self-motivated, adaptable, hands-on leader
